The bill (Reg. No.7097) obliges the tour operator (tour agent) to give a comprehensive information to the customer concerning the terms of tourist services to guarantee the conscious choice; fixes the terms of agreement on the rendering of tourist service; cancels vouchers as the form of a written agreement; and establishes responsibility of the tour operators (tour agents) and the tourist services consumers.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will strengthen protection of consumer rights.
